myAccount


College Network Access (CNA) credentials are now required to access myAccount. If you have bookmarked the myAccount URL, ensure you update it.

myAccount gives you access to information such as course registration, waitlists, tuition fees, grades, booklists, myPath, transcripts, financial aid, your Microsoft 365 email address and your contact details.

New & Current students can access myAccount from the login link at the top menu bar directly.

Pre-2012 students & Continuing Education students can access myAccount from the login link at the top menu bar titled - myAccount (Pre-2012 Students & CE)

 

MYACCOUNT LOGIN CREDENTIALS FOR NEW AND CURRENT STUDENTS

Use your College Network Access (CNA) credentials to login to myAccount. CNA credentials are the same as the ones you use to access WiFi on campus or access Blackboard.

Forgot your CNA password? Use the Self-Service Password Reset Portal to register and reset your password on your own.

MYACCOUNT LOGIN CREDENTIALS FOR PRE- 2012 STUDENTS AND CONTINUING EDUCATION STUDENTS


Click on myAccount (Pre-2012 Students & CE) link and use your student number and PIN to login.

User ID: your nine digit student number

PIN: For your first time logging in, enter your default PIN.

If your default PIN was generated on or after April 29, 2019, your default PIN will be your birthdate followed by ‘Douglas’ (DDMMYYDouglas). 

If your default PIN was generated before April 29, 2019, your default PIN is your birthdate only (DDMMYY).

NOTE: You will be prompted to change this PIN after logging in. Your PIN must be at least 10 characters long and use a combination of at least three of the following: lowercase letters, upper case letters, numbers and special characters ( !@#$%^&*()_+=~`. )

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PIN

If you know your PIN and want to change it:

  1. Go to myAccount.
  2. Enter your credentials.
  3. Click Login, then Personal Information.
  4. Click Change PIN.
  5. Enter your current PIN, then enter and re-enter your new PIN.
  6. Click Change PIN.

HOW TO SET UP A SECURITY QUESTION TO RESET YOUR PIN

If you forget your myAccount PIN, you can change it on your own as long as you have created a security question.  

  1. Log in and click Personal Information.
  2. Click Change Security Question. 
  3. Use the security question provided, or create your own.
  4. Click submit.

HOW TO RESET YOUR PIN

  1. Go to myAccount.
  2. Enter your User ID.
  3. Click the Forgot PIN? /Change PIN? button.
  4. NOTE: You will be asked to answer your security question. 
  5. Respond and click Submit Answer.
  6. Enter and re-enter your new PIN.
