  • Bell Let’s Talk Day, January 28th– Check out our social media for engagement activities, mental health tips, and resources for this national awareness day.
  • Pink Shirt Day, February 24th – Join the national conversation around anti-bullying, promote kindness, and participate in our social media activities.
  • Douglas College Virtual Health Fair Week, March 15th through March 19th – “Wellness in the Time of Virtual Learning” – Join Student Life and other campus partners in week-long series of events focused towards prioritizing and supporting your health and well-being during a time of virtual learning.
  • Virtual Wellness Workshops – keep an eye out on this page for opportunities to register for upcoming wellness workshops covering a variety of topics (i.e. mindfulness, self-care, burnout, etc.) throughout Winter term.

Currently, all Student Life Wellness Events are operating in a virtual capacity. In the meantime, you may be looking for ways to take care of yourself and online activities to support your health. All resources and activities on this page are free!
