ACT! is an innovative program for youth living with autism between the ages of 18-30 who want to work in the computer and technology sectors. The fully federally funded program includes a one-semester course at the New West campus to prepare for a two-month work experience right after class. Make new friends, gain new skills, and experience College and work life.
16 weeks of 3-hour per day classes, offered in mornings or afternoons. Learn workplace communication, the tech skills needed for employment, resume, cover letter, and extensive interview preparation.
Work with one of our job coaches to accept a suitable work experience. You will be placed in one of our partner companies and receive a weekly stipend for your time. In some cases, youth may become employed immediately and get paid directly by their employer.
