Mindfulness for Anxiety Group begins

This wellness group is designed for students who experience stress, anxiety and worry and would like to learn coping strategies and tools to live a more rich and meaningful life.

To be eligible for this program, you must be a Douglas College student between the ages of 18-30 and currently living in the province of BC.
