Accounting – Bachelor of Business Administration - Launch a career in Canada’s growing financial industry. This program’s applied curriculum and work-experience component gives you the necessary skills to secure intermediate-level accounting positions in financial reporting, taxation, management accounting and auditing. The degree satisfies the entrance requirements of the Chartered Professional Accountant’s (CPA) Professional Education Program (PEP).

Financial Services – Bachelor of Business Administration - Prepare for positions in wealth planning and securities. Graduate ready to challenge the Level 1 Certified Financial Planning exam, if the appropriate elective courses are taken.
Management – Bachelor of Business Administration - Launch a career in business management. This degree gives you essential business and management knowledge, plus industry-relevant skills in one of six concentrations. Graduate ready to write the Canadian Institute of Management exam in addition to an industry-specific certification exam.
Nursing – Bachelor of Science - Enter a rewarding and in-demand career caring for individuals, families, groups and communities as part of a health care team. Graduate prepared to write the National Council Licensing Exam for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) and apply to become a registered nurse.
Performing Arts This degree-completion pathway program is for people who want to be professional performing artists, arts managers, administrators or entrepreneurs. Offered in partnership with Capilano University.
Physical Education and Coaching - Prepare for an active career as a PE teacher, community coach or fitness professional. Graduates can apply directly into fifth year at SFU, UBC or other universities to complete a teaching credential. The program also meets admission requirements for the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists.
Psychiatric Nursing – Bachelor of Science - Enter a rewarding and in-demand career caring for people with mental illness, addictions and physical and developmental disabilities as part of a health care team. Graduate prepared to write the licensure exam to be certified as a registered psychiatric nurse.
Psychology – Bachelor of Arts - Graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Thompson Rivers University (TRU) Open Learning. Study at Douglas College and online at TRU-OL.
Social Work - Get the training to advocate for social justice and help people from diverse age groups and populations resolve problems for a better quality of life. Graduates can apply to the British Columbia College of Social Workers to become registered social workers.
Therapeutic Recreation - Promote health and quality of life for people with disabilities, injuries, social isolation and other challenges through recreation and leisure activities. Graduates ready to write the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation certification exam to become a certified therapeutic recreation specialist (CTRS).
