Application Processing Time
Are you in the last term of your program? Don't forget to apply to graduate!
Step 1: Make sure your legal name and address are up to date on myAccount.
Step 2: Log-in to this Application to Graduate by using your official Douglas College email and log-in information.
Students wishing to apply who no longer have access to their email account should contact email@example.com to be directed to an alternative application.
Step 3: Complete all required questions in the application.
Step 4: If supporting documentation is required for your program (i.e. First Aid Certificate) submit it to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Program Completion Letters for Current Students
If you are currently enrolled in courses that are needed to meet the graduation requirements successful completion of those courses must be verified by the Graduation Team before confirmation will be sent.
Credentials are conferred at the Graduation Ceremonies and will not be available prior to the scheduled ceremony dates. Your legal name will be printed on your credential. Parchments will not be released if fees or fines are owed to the College.
At this time, the February 2021 Graduation Ceremonies are not confirmed. Updates will be made as soon as information is available.
