The Building Services Workers are responsible for moving furniture and equipment, mail pickup and delivery, cleaning spills and non-structural maintenance at both campuses.
The Custodial team are responsible for cleaning and removing garbage from offices at both the New Westminster and David Lam Campuses, once per week. Cleaning and waste removal occurs daily in public and open spaces only. Janitorial staff members are assigned to each of the campuses during the daytime hours to ensure washrooms are cleaned and well stocked.
The Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning team are responsible for indoor air quality, specifically, temperature, heating, ventilation and air condition.
